A few things you should pick up right now

Spliced Graphic Tee

Metal and Rock T-Shirts, particularly these spliced style tops have been popping up all over the place recently, from Jaden Smith’s Instagram feed to fashion week runways and I love them.

The T-Shirts are are great way to mix up graphic prints and add a little extra detail into your look, rather than a typical (but still very cool) band tee. I got mine from Topman and have been loving wearing it with some ripped up denim and chelsea boots for a Saint Laurent x Vetements inspired look.

I think they’re a great Winter – Spring transition piece, as they’re perfect to wear solo, on warmer days or layered up with a shirt, hoodie, jacket etc. on the cooler days.

They’re a streetwear staple and so versatile, they are another piece you can see in high-street stores but also in high-end stores like Saint Laurent – one of my favourites is their distressed plaid shirt, with bleach splatters all over it’s super unique and an awesome piece.

I picked up mine from River Island, and it’s on in the sale for just £8 – so if you’re after one go grab it – here! I was surprised at how good the quality was – it has a really thick, soft material and a great shape. I’ve been wearing it loads, but in a tonne of different styles.

They are super easy to layer and I’ve been wearing it over hoodies, between pieces like a t-shirt and denim jacket, where it hangs below the waistline, creating a really nice layered look, and also with it tied around my waist.

Orange IS the new black & is taking over my Instagram feed with a haul of streetwear enthusiasts infusing some orange pieces into their looks. I’m a huge fan.

I think orange pieces work amazingly with an otherwise monochrome look & they are a great way to add some colour and make your look stand out. Perfect for the Spring/Summer season we’re heading into.

I really like this oversized orange hoodie and it’s a super affordable price, especially compared with a Balmain version which would set you back £400+.

Autumn Feels

Autumn is my absolute favourite season. There are so many things I love about autumn, and these are some of my favourites…

CoffeeOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Processed with VSCOcam with a5 presetAs much as I’ve loved having the perfect cold brew throughout the summer I am really excited to start enjoying a nice warm coffee. The perfect blends of dark roasted espresso with thick caramel, or a hint of spice for the most amazing autumn coffee. I’m drooling at the thought of it. My favourite flavour coffee to enjoy throughout the autumn is definitely salted caramel, if you’re a coffee lover with a bit of a sweet tooth, I would one hundred percent recommend this drink. It’s my all time favourite and one of the reasons I look forward to autumn!

WeatherOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Processed with VSCOcam with g3 presetAutumn weather is perfect. Not to cold but not too warm. I love it because it’s still warm enough to go out for a walk in the evening but it’s slightly colder and more cosy. It’s great. I also love the leaves on the ground I think the colours are amazing. The autumn leaves are one of my all time favourite things about autumn.

FashionOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Processed with VSCOcam with g3 presetI always look forward to getting out all my autumn/winter clothes, I love being able to layer up different pieces that all compliment each other really well. I also love the autumn colour palette. My current favourite pieces for autumn is this olive-green ‘Solid Dixi Sweater’ from JOY, which I got in the sale. It’s a great fit, and a really high quality item. And also this tartan t-shirt from Topman, again it’s a great fit and I love colours. It’s definitely a must have autumn piece!

I hope you enjoyed this post, what’s your favourite thing about Autumn?
